8 large transparent pink bubble cabochons glued on to a pale pink plastic back. C-clasp is in good working condition. Measures 2 1/4" across. Back is marked “PAT. 2270210". The patent for the “artificial gem” was applied for by Nicholas Barbieri on October 21, 1941 and was patented on January 13, 1942.
